These terms govern the use of Ospitus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Ospitus provides a cloud platform for hotels: a hotel website, booking engine, property management (PMS), POS, reports, an AI Front Desk and optional integrations such as e-Mehmon. Features may change as the product improves.
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions of staff you give access to.
New hotels get a 14-day free trial without a card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual) at the prices shown on ospitus.com. Subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled. Paid periods are not refunded, unless required by law.
You own the data you put into Ospitus. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect your guests’ data, for its accuracy, and for meeting your own legal duties — including guest registration in e-Mehmon. You can export your data while your account is active.
The AI Front Desk answers guests automatically using information you provide. Answers can sometimes be incomplete or wrong, so please keep your hotel information up to date and review booking requests it creates.
We work to keep Ospitus available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services such as payment providers or government systems.
To the extent allowed by law, Ospitus is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost bookings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
You can stop using Ospitus at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid, after giving notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We may update them; the date at the top shows the current version, and important changes will be announced in advance.
